According to sn no.16, in the IRBM e-Invoice Specific Guidelines (version 3.1, published October 4, 2024), the Malaysian government has implemented a six-month interim relaxation period for each phase of mandatory e-invoicing, requiring taxpayers to transition to issuing consolidated monthly e-Invoices for all transactions—B2B, B2C, and self-billed.
